Shipment Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

BOL information must be accurate and complete including contact #'s and PU/Del information, crucial to avoid delays.

Any special handling instructions are communicated in advance
Sprinted Cargo reserves the right to refuse shipments that are unsafe, illegal, improperly packaged, or violate transportation regulations.
Delivery Times
We strive to meet all agreed‑upon delivery windows, especially for urgent shipments. However, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Sprinted Cargo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Liability & Limitations

Payment Terms

Charge additional fees for wait time, after‑hours service, or special handling

Withhold delivery if payment terms are not met
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes must be communicated as soon as possible.
Fees may apply for:

Additional stops or services requested after dispatch

Detention and hold over fees

TONU fees (Truck Ordered Not Used)
